I am a doctoral candidate in Strategy & Entrepreneurship at London Business School. My research focuses on the economics of artificial intelligence — how it reshapes organizational design, human-in-the-loop coordination, and the structure of competition. I study these questions empirically in settings where AI tools are already changing the nature of work, from autonomous logistics to knowledge work and scientific discovery.
My job market paper examines what happens when AI consolidates coordination inside organizations, and uncovers a structural tradeoff between productivity and resilience. It received the 2026 Academy of Management STR Division Best Paper Award and is a nominee for the William H. Newman Award and the SMS Best Paper Prize. I have presented my work at Wharton, MIT, Columbia, and Duke, with forthcoming talks at Harvard and Oxford.
Beyond academic audiences, I have published in California Management Review and Forbes, my research has been featured in Fortune, and my work on the competitive implications of generative AI has informed UK policy. My research has been supported by the Institute of Entrepreneurship and Private Capital and the Noorjehan Pirani PhD Fellowship Award.
I am on the 2026/2027 academic job market.
